Focus on quality
If you make a search query on YouTube you will find hundreds of videos but if you closely check them you will realize the most quality content getting more views and subscribers. So video blogging is not anymore a quantity game, it’s not how much videos you upload a day what matter is how much value and quality content you producing. So focus on quality rather than quantity.
Upload videos more than 10 min
Recent studies show that there is a strong relationship between video time and video ranking in search .so make sure your video duration is more than 10 minutes
Add Branding watermark to your videos
This is another thing you can do it. YouTube allows us to add a watermark to the videos just go to the Creator studio and in the channel menu you have an option called “Watermark” by adding a watermark when your viewers watching your videos they see an icon inside the video called” subscribe” this will increase your subscriber’s rate.
Plan
Before starting your YouTube channel you must have a plan. First think about what kind of channel you want to create? Do I really passionate about it? What kind of niche I’m going to enter? (You can read the first part of this guide for more information)
If you already have a channel? Then have a plane about your next videos, what are the main points and action you are going to perform in your videos.etc.
Identifying your niche and audience and planning the right videos to solve their pain points will give you more video views and more subscriber base.
Consider about your uploading schedule and frequency
People ignore and don’t like to the channels if they don’t have a good uploading frequency. Whats that meaning thinks about your favorite TV show you know when and which time the next episode will be releasing isn’t it? Like that having a good uploading schedule will give you more views and more subscriber base.
Optimize your Channel Description
Try to write good channel description including keyword on it. Include these points
- What kind of channel is this?
- What is the aim/ the pain point you solve
- Call to action sentence
Including this point into your channel description will give you more YouTube views and subscribers
Optimize your titles
Naming and optimizing your video titles will give you a huge success in YouTube. As a human we all drive with curiosity so naming your videos with it will drive you more traffic.and also you have to care about some SEO also,
Include keywords:
Including the right keywords in your video titles will give you more views. Why? Bots can’t see the videos like the way we do so they just read the titles and description so what you have to do is write better video title including your main keywords.
Know the limit
Don’t add a huge title, the maximum 50 characters

Build a network and relationships
Don’t treat other YouTubers as your competitors try to reach them and connect with them you can interview them, they can interview you or just figure out opportunities. This will bring more success to both parties
Bring your loyal fan base
We all have loyal fans and friends in our other social networks so why don’t you bring them? Or why don’t you interact with them? Post your recent videos in your social media, blogs or any network that you have and can access but remember don’t spam
Use giveaways
People love to take something FREE so why don’t you use it? plan some giveaway/competition/ challenge and for the winners give something free and valuable. This will drastically increase your views and subscribers
Reply to every comment you get
When someone asks a question or share their idea make sure to reply to them and engage with them.this will increase your credibility and you will have a more loyal fan base. The result is you are getting more views and subscribers= more revenue
